3Feb2015- 1st lesson: start fast — don’t delay until you see something viable or define a strategy. They’re good but they will draw you back. But never forget to define a strategy, you need it to communicate with team + investors and yourself| when your team is new, define everything clear enough so that everyone knows what to do exactly- your job is business, go to find some partners is a very ambiguous thing -> find a list of 50 partners, make proposal and get at least, 15 is clear enough for them| focus —when you have an idea, many other wonderful related ideas will come also, but you have to focus on what you plan to do first. Then you will think of strategy -> see if an idea works.
